We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at One Harvest in Perth. This is an immediate start position for the Day Shift on a Full-timel basis within our Logistics department. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
Ensuring accurate and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing stock
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting with inventory management by conducting stock counts and reconciliations
Collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines
Reporting any maintenance or operational issues to the relevant stakeholders
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role and a valid forklift licence are essential requirements for this position. About you To be successful in this role you will be required to have the following.
Ability to load/unload trucks and customer vehicles in a Warehouse environment.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment between 2 - 4 degrees.
Flexibility to work on the weekend when needed
