About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Reliability Manager to join our site leadership team.
In this role, you will lead the reliability and engineering function, ensuring our plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, delivering our reliability strategy, and supporting long-term site performance.
This role is critical in helping us deliver on our commitments to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leading Safety & Performance
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all legislative and company standards
- Drive improvements in plant reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness
- Support sustainable outcomes through reduced energy and water consumption
Driving Reliability & Continuous Improvement
Develop and deliver the site’s Reliability Maturity Strategy
Lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Use data, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance
Capital & Site Planning
- Partner with the Site Manager to maintain the 3-year Site Master Plan
- Lead the coordination and delivery of the annual capital plan
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a capable and engaged engineering team
- Build cross-functional capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Support performance, development, and succession planning

About You
You are a collaborative and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You bring a strong technical foundation, a continuous improvement mindset, and a genuine passion for developing people and driving results.
You will bring:
Experience in a senior reliability or engineering leadership role within FMCG
Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices
Experience with CMMS systems and asset lifecycle management
Proven ability to lead change and deliver improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Qualifications (desirable):
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent trade and professional experience
