The One Harvest network now includes four facilities and more than 1,000 team members across Australia who grow, harvest, process and supply our unique, value-added produce to supermarkets and greengrocers nationwide.

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our Smeaton Grange  site across Morning and Afternoon Shifts, operating across all days of the week, including Saturdays and Public Holidays. These positions are initially offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress to permanent employment for the right candidates.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Processing fresh produce on production lines to meet customer orders
• Operating safely and responsibly across all areas of the factory
• Working within food safety, quality and HACCP standards (training provided)
• Working in a temperature-controlled environment (2–4°C) and standing for extended periods
• Handling food products with care and correct hygiene procedures
• Proactively reporting quality or safety issues
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments (highly regarded)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• A strong safety mindset and willingness to follow food safety and HACCP requirements
• Basic numeracy, literacy and computer skills
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, with training provided
