About the Role
As our FP&A Manager, you will be the engine behind data-driven decision making across the business. You will lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, provide timely financial insights, deliver robust forecasting, and champion continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting.
You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels – translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights to improve performance. Your leadership will help ensure strong governance, efficient processes, and a culture of financial accountability across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate financial analysis and insights to support commercial, operational, and supply chain decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, product costing, and commercial modelling.
- Partner with leaders across the business, translating financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders and constructively challenging to drive performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners across multiple sites.
- Strengthen financial governance, risk management, and internal audit processes while driving continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and processes.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and 3-way forecasting, monitoring performance against budget and recommending corrective actions.
- Support food safety risk processes (where applicable) and champion Zero Harm safety initiatives.
About You
You bring a blend of commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a passion for driving business performance. You are confident working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across all levels and functions.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Globally recognised accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, ACAEW)
- Senior finance leadership experience in a large-scale, growing business.
- Proven experience in a multi-site finance business partnering team.
- Strong capability in translating operational activity into meaningful financial insights.
- Skilled in implementing process improvements and/or software solutions.
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in other geographic regions is highly desirable.
- Strong Continuous Improvement background with the ability to identify & implement functional, process & software solutions.
