A day in the life

• Machine start up experience or an aptitude to learn machinery 
• Always one-step-ahead of everyone else in the room
• Reading and communicating plans and using it to measure achievable goals and Key Performance Indicators for the rest of the team
• Communicating across all levels of the business from managers to senior management or auditors and contractors

Our ideal candidate will be: 

• Responsible for the safe operation of heavy machinery 
• Common sensical approach to their surroundings and work environment 
• Adaptable to last minute unexpected changes to plans and able to pivot and go with the flow 
• Excellent communicator 
• Able to multi-task and move swiftly without compromising safety
